We are very pleased to have been given Christian’s details following a declined insurance claim. We thought the decision was unfair and did challenge it, however, did not get a favourable outcome. We chose to go with Christian as after his initial review of the information. He believed we did have a case and there would be no fee if we weren’t successful.
